4. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

4.2 Refunds

4.3 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled and confirmed by us prior to shipment. Please note that all refunds will be subject to the deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us upon the original transaction.
4.4 Payment Processing Fee Deduction for Cancellations
All payments processed through our third-party payment gateway incur a processing fee. This fee is non-refundable to us, even if the order is subsequently canceled. Therefore, for any canceled order that qualified for a refund, the refunded amount will be equal to the total order value less a 5% deduction to cover the cost of the irreversible payment processing fee.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this deduction policy.
